- Flooring, paint, trim, cabinetry, lighting, doors
- Kitchen and bathroom fixture selection
- Sourcing options for high-touch areas (counters, tile, appliances)
- Finalizing a selections checklist for vendor ordering
Permits, Scheduling & Pre-Construction (1–3 Weeks)
Goal: Lock in approvals, logistics, and readiness for construction.

Full-Home Buildout (6–12+ Weeks)
